Winning the NOVA Open 5-Person Teams Tournament in Warhammer 40k

This weekend, Team Obliterati clinched the win at the 5-Person Teams tournament for Warhammer 40k, and it was a blast. Every round felt like a mental marathon as we navigated through the different armies and strategies. Our planning and adaptability really came through, with each player tackling matchups that tested us in different ways. We leaned on our combined experience, made some gutsy calls, and managed to stay sharp under pressure, which ultimately pushed us over the line. A shoutout to the WargamesFX app, which saved us time setting up each table and helped keep the games running smoothly.

What stood out the most was how well we gelled as a team. It wasn’t just about knowing our lists, but making the right calls in each game when it mattered and trusting each other to execute. We managed to strike a good balance between sticking to our strategies and adjusting on the fly when things didn’t go as planned. Big thanks to everyone who participated and made the event enjoyable—winning was the cherry on top. Special thanks to all of Team Obliterati and Team Obliterati Omega for an outstanding effort.
